All the doctors are super nice! Although Chelsea is very nice as well just not as gentle physically during operation. Personally I've only seen Dr Lanford. Never Dr McInnis.

I felt welcome immediately! The Orthodontist and Dental team were very professional . They made sure that I understood everything and answered all of my questions. We made a plan and could have my braces on in a few days!
So far so good. Initial consultation to first procedure has been great.
My daughter was super nervous going in for her braces this morning, by the time she came out she was all smiles!! The staff is really kind & always welcoming!
Lanford & McInnis Orthodontics is top notch! They gave me all the information and education needed to make the best decision for my kids. Then they made the experience memorable for them he kids and made an experience they were nervous about a fun and enjoyable time. Would recommend them to ANYONE!

All 3 of my children have came through Dr. McInnis office for braces and orthodontic care. I would not consider nor recommend anywhere else. The staff here from the front desk all the way to the doctors are always so friendly and attentive. The office and service provided here is top tier.

We had been to a different ortho here in town previously and did not have a great experience. We were recommended to Dr. David Mcinnis in Easley and have had the best experience! Their staff is absolutely wonderful and really feel like family! We would never go anywhere else or recommend anyone else!!!!

I cannot say enough about Dr McInnis and his staff! From the minute I walked into the door, I felt at home and part of their family. I wish I could pick one person that is over the top (I really could, Kristen D) but to be honest, every member of the staff is amazing. If I ever have an issue with my braces (of my own doing), they get me in immediately and take care of it.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the front desk to the assistants and the doctor, everyone has been so friendly and professional. They always explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. Me and my son had braces together and we are so happy with our new smiles!

Love the professionalism thats exhibited by everyone. I have never gone in and not gotten a warm greeting and a smile by someone on staff.
I was recommended by someone that actually came here, they did not disappoint, they are very flexible with the schedules and professional with new patients I thought I would have brace for 3 years or more. He simply told me 24 months give or take depending on what else i wanted done. I’m happy with my results and recommend it to anyone else. I thank them every time I go back there!

Took my daughter for a consultation. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Liza was so sweet and informative when telling us the options and steps we need to begin treatment! Definitely will be using them for her braces journey! And recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!!

I never leave reviews but this was a must. Im so happy to find a professional yet cozy dentist office.
