I honestly don’t know if a Google review can fully express how thankful we are for Dr. McInnis and his entire staff. From the very first time we walked through the doors, Brantley has been absolutely wonderful to our family. My daughter, Autumn, has had a tremendous fear of having her wire changed. This wasn’t something that was resolved in one appointment—we have gone back multiple times, and each time Autumn became too scared to let them do it. And every single time, Brantley was there. He never made us feel frustrated, embarrassed, or like we were wasting anyone’s time. He continued to greet us with the same kindness, patience, and understanding each time we came back. After so many visits, conversations, and everyone sharing the same concern of simply wanting Autumn to feel comfortable and overcome her fear, we honestly feel like family when we walk into this office now. They know Autumn, they know what she struggles with, and they genuinely care about her. There is something incredibly special about walking into a medical office and feeling like the people there are rooting for your child right along with you. Katie was absolutely incredible when Autumn was finally able to work through her fear. She was patient, gentle, encouraging, and never rushed her. She made sure Autumn felt heard and safe every step of the way. She treated her fear as something real and important instead of something she just needed to “get over,” and as a mom, I will never forget that. I also have to recognize Dr. McInnis. He took time out of his busy day to personally sit down with Autumn and patiently help her through her fears. He could have easily moved on to another patient, but instead he gave her his time, attention, and reassurance. That says so much about the kind of doctor—and person—he is. He showed Autumn that her feelings mattered. And Reagan is an absolute sweetheart. She is always so kind, warm, and caring with Autumn. Her sweet personality is just another reason this office feels so welcoming and comfortable. Every interaction we have had with her has been wonderful. The truth is, though, the entire staff deserves recognition. We have been there enough times throughout this journey to see that the kindness here isn’t coming from just one or two people—it is the culture of the entire office. They have shown our family patience on the hard days, celebrated the little victories with us, listened to our concerns, and continued encouraging Autumn when she wasn’t ready. When your child is truly afraid of something, you remember the people who choose patience over frustration and compassion over convenience. That is exactly what this entire team has done for Autumn. We started out as patients, but after everything this staff has walked through with us, we genuinely feel like family now. I could never thank Brantley, Katie, Reagan, Dr. McInnis, and the entire staff enough for the way they have cared for my daughter. If you are looking for an orthodontic office where your child will be treated as more than just another patient, this is it. They truly care about the kids and families who walk through their doors, and it shows. Five stars will never feel like enough. Thank you all for loving on our girl, being patient with her, and never giving up on her. ❤️

David McGinnis Orthodontics is the best! The entire staff is kind, professional and personable. They make sure all of our questions are answered and we are well informed. Office visits and as quick as possible while still taking adequate time with patients and never making us feel rushed. I couldn’t be happier with our choice of orthodontists! We have stayed with them through three kids and been beyond happy with the results and experience each time.

I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years, as a child I AJ’s to get braces many times but it didn’t stick because I didn’t wear my retainer and now as a full and responsible adult I’ve come back and finished my top Invisalign looking better than I ever have. Love the staff, Dr. Mcinnis and even the building. Thank you!!!!

I'm so grateful for the services and the choice in which I've made in choosing to be a patient at Dr. McInnis orthodontics for the past two years . Every visit was pleasant and the entire staff were exceptionally professional, detailed, kind, generous, friendly, considerate, and humble ! I didn't feel like a patient with each visit, I felt like I was visiting with family. I was always welcomed with a smile at the front desk and all the way to the back where I was being treated😊 Leaving each time after treatment was very difficult. I would just stand at the front desk and we would talk and laugh, then we would wish each other well goodbyes. Until my next visit and we start all over again ! I have been impressed with this doctor and his staff and I am very pleased with the work that was done in brightening my smile! Dr. David McInnis is the BEST Orthodontist and he has the BEST staff, my teeth are beautiful. I had the clear brackets and loved them! At the end of my treatment he polished the edges of my teeth and took the extra time to make sure everything was perfect! Super thankful! Highly recommend!
