We just moved up from Florida and I needed a new orthodontist for myself, husband, and oldest son. We got referred to Dr McInnis through our pediatric dentist. Immediately we were welcomed... by Regan, who was super friendly, it's like she becomes apart of your family instantly! Then Dr McInnis... he explained everything to me, gave me and my son the options, and also his professional recommendation. I left feeling like my son had a choice, and that Dr McInnis was going to have our back on whatever that was! The next day we met his colleague who was also nice, more to the point and did answer all of our concerns/questions (we did have our 2 littles with us who were getting antsy so I think she put that into consideration before stepping in with us).
