Immediately we were welcomed... by Regan, who was super friendly, it's like she becomes apart of your family instantly! Then Dr McInnis... he explained everything to me, gave me and my son the options, and also his professional recommendation. I left feeling like my son had a choice, and that Dr McInnis was going to have our back on whatever that was!
