I cannot say enough about Dr McInnis and his staff! From the minute I walked into the door, I felt at home and part of their family. I wish I could pick one person that is over the top (I really could, Kristen D) but to be honest, every member of the staff is amazing. If I ever have an issue with my braces (of my own doing), they get me in immediately and take care of it.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the front desk to the assistants and the doctor, everyone has been so friendly and professional. They always explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. Me and my son had braces together and we are so happy with our new smiles!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this orthodontic office from start to finish. My daughter just got her braces off, and her smile looks absolutely amazing! The entire staff has been kind, patient, and encouraging throughout the whole process, making her feel comfortable and confident at every visit. Appointments were always well-organized, communication was clear, and it truly felt like they cared about both the results and our experience.
